According to foreign media including the AP on the 20th, Malaysia's Ministry of Health National Crisis Preparedness and Response Centre (CPRC) reported that from the 1st of last month to the 15th of this month, 21,190 dengue fever cases occurred nationwide in Malaysia, with 24 deaths. The highest number of dengue fever cases was recorded in Selangor state in the southwest of the Malay Peninsula, with 13,018 cases.
