The proposed ordinance aims to supplement the existing county shopping mall, which lacked e-commerce capabilities, by specifying the operator and operation methods, products listed, listing procedures, shopping mall operation responsibilities, sales proceeds, and formalizing the operational standards.
The ordinance stipulates that the head of the county, who is the main operator, shall settle sales proceeds once a month as a principle.
In particular, it includes provisions that interest from settlements and card fees paid by listed vendors can be used for promotional expenses such as website advertising.
