[Asia Economy Reporter Minji Lee] NH-Amundi Asset Management announced on the 18th that it held a flower-sharing event on the 17th in the Yeouido area for citizens and customers.
The event was organized to support local flower farms that suffered significant sales losses due to the consecutive cancellations of events such as graduation and entrance ceremonies caused by the spread of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19), and to promote flower consumption.
Baek Young-hoon, CEO of NH-Amundi Asset Management, said, "Flower consumption has sharply declined due to the COVID-19 situation, causing great difficulties for flower farms. We hope that this event will help activate flower consumption in daily life and provide some support to flower farms."
