Tous Les Jours Launches New Mont Blanc and Baguette Products with 25% Increased Weight, the 'Standard of Bread'
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Seon-ae] On the 18th, Tous Les Jours, operated by CJ Foodville, announced that it will launch various upgraded products.
First, they have significantly upgraded the quality while staying true to their steady-selling products. The "Mont Blanc Classic" features a rolled pastry drizzled with sweet syrup to enhance moist texture and flavor, topped with hail sugar underneath to add a crunchy bite until the last piece. Compared to the previous product, the diameter has been increased by 2cm and the weight by 50g to add volume. The "Motnani Whole Red Bean Soboro" is a soboro bread filled with sweet whole red bean paste, baked once and then fried, offering a biscuit-like crispy texture.
Products that reinterpret familiar baguettes in a trendy way also catch the eye. The "Sweet Crispy Condensed Milk Stick" is a light, long baguette that fits in one hand, filled with sweet condensed milk cream containing coarse sugar grains called "Ssangbaekdang." The "Myeongran Basasak" is a snack-style European bread with a savory and salty pollock roe mayonnaise spread inside a plain baguette.
To celebrate the product launch, an event will be held. From the 19th to the 22nd, for four days, the three products?Mont Blanc Classic, Sweet Crispy Condensed Milk Stick, and Myeongran Basasak?will be sold at a 15% discount.
