Hubei Province Reports 93 New Deaths and 1,807 New Confirmed Cases in One Day
[Asia Economy Reporter Kwon Jae-hee] It has been confirmed that the cumulative number of deaths and confirmed cases due to the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in China have surpassed 1,800 and 72,000 respectively.
According to China Central Television (CCTV) on the 18th, Hubei Province, which is the most affected by COVID-19, recorded 1,807 new confirmed cases and 93 new deaths on the 17th alone.
Among these, Wuhan, the origin of COVID-19, reported 1,600 new confirmed cases and 72 new deaths. Of the confirmed cases in Hubei Province, 9,117 are in critical condition, and 1,853 are in serious condition.
