NewBusPhone Launches Pre-Order Gifts for Galaxy S20 Ultra and Offers Price Reduction Promotion to Clear Galaxy S10, S10e Inventory
The Galaxy Z Flip showcased an extremely limited stock and sold out within 30 minutes, intensifying the shortage situation. Due to the impact of the novel coronavirus, various production chains have encountered issues, and it is expected that the Galaxy S20 series will also face scarcity after its release on March 6. Prospective buyers are increasingly considering pre-orders as a safer way to secure stock and receive the new products quickly.
Samsung Electronics is boosting its smartphone market share by offering manufacturer gifts such as the ‘Galaxy Home Mini’ and ‘Nemonic Printer’ with the Galaxy S20 series and Galaxy Z Flip. To commemorate the launch of the second-generation Galaxy Buds model unveiled at the Galaxy Unpacked 2020 event, Samsung is providing a coupon allowing customers who purchase the Galaxy Z Flip or Galaxy S20 series to buy the Galaxy Buds Plus for 99,000 KRW.
The Galaxy S20 series consists of the Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20 Plus, and Galaxy S20 Ultra. Instead of the budget-friendly Galaxy S10e from the previous generation, the Galaxy S20 now fills the entry-level spot. Additionally, a new high-end model named Galaxy S20 Ultra was introduced. They feature large displays measuring 6.2, 6.7, and 6.9 inches respectively, and are equipped with high-capacity batteries of 4,000, 4,500, and 5,000mAh.
The standout feature is the camera performance. The Galaxy S20 and Galaxy S20 Plus include a 64-megapixel telephoto lens and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens capable of up to 30x zoom. The Galaxy S20 Ultra is equipped with a 108-megapixel wide-angle lens, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 48-megapixel telephoto lens, along with the ‘Space Zoom’ feature that allows up to 100x zoom.
Moreover, the Galaxy S20 series’ top-tier model supports 8K video recording and incorporates several newly trademarked features by Samsung last year, such as ‘Single Take’ and ‘Video Spin.’ Priced in the mid-to-high 1 million KRW range, some consumers criticize the launch price as excessively high, leading to a surge in demand for early bird pre-orders that offer discounts.
Following the release of the Galaxy S20 series, the smartphone group-buying cafe ‘NewBusPhone’ is offering dramatic discounts on the older Galaxy S10 series. The Galaxy S10e has been added as a free model, while the Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10 Plus are priced down to the 90,000 KRW range.
Additionally, the cafe has been proactively preparing early bird pre-orders for the Galaxy S20 series, continuously expanding benefits. They offer the Galaxy S20 series at half price and provide Galaxy Buds Plus for free through additional coupons. Recently, they have enriched the benefits by adding gifts such as a ‘Sterilizing Charging Stand’ and a ‘Yoichi 3-in-1 Cable.’ A representative from the cafe stated, “We also provide a ‘Starbucks Tumbler’ through a review event, so we ask for your great interest.”
