Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju Focuses on 'Resident-Perceived Happiness Agenda Development'
Promoting the Osundosun Village Life and Happy Together Resident Contest
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City (Mayor Kim Samho) is making every effort to promote the Gwangsan-gu Osundosun Village Life and Happy Together Resident Contest to discover "resident-experienced happiness agendas."
According to Gwangsan-gu on the 17th, the district originally planned to hold an integrated briefing session for the resident contest project on the 4th, but eventually canceled the event to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Afterwards, while considering ways to explain and promote the contest project to many residents, they decided to promote it online to minimize contact with residents and maximize promotional effects.
The online promotional materials include three types of videos for rookie, village, and apartment contest projects, and one type of card news.
They contain overall explanations about the contest project and how to apply.
Employees of the Resident Autonomy Division wrote the scenarios themselves and appeared in the videos. The materials were produced focusing only on key content so that anyone can easily understand them.
In addition to online promotion, on-site briefing sessions are also being promoted.
Due to COVID-19, meetings with many people are avoided, and small-scale briefings with fewer than 10 people are conducted. The method involves visiting the five strategic neighborhoods and apartment councils by region to provide explanations.
