The new product features heart-shaped chaltteok. This product uses domestically grown glutinous rice, with pink chaltteok that has a chewy texture wrapping the outer part. Inside the chaltteok is a refreshing, sweet, and fragrant strawberry-flavored ice cream that stimulates the appetite in spring.

‘Chaltteok Ice’ is an ice cream that has been steadily loved since its launch in 1986. Riding the wave of the newtro trend, desserts using rice cakes have gained popularity, and last year it surpassed 10 billion KRW in annual sales, growing about 45% compared to 2018. With this new product launch, Chaltteok Ice has expanded to three types: Original, Cookies and Cream, and Heart Strawberry. The recommended retail price is 1,500 KRW (90 ml).
