Busan Chimrye Hospital Auction, Failed Again
Re-auction on the 19th of Next Month

According to Busan City, at the fourth auction held on the morning of the 13th at the Busan District Court Auction Division 4, no bidders submitted letters of intent, so the sale was postponed to the next auction date. The next auction date is the 19th of next month. Due to this failure, the minimum sale price has dropped by 20% to approximately 35.2 billion won.
Busan City is currently conducting a feasibility study on the public hospital conversion of Baptist Hospital. Once the study results are out, they plan to find the optimal public hospital conversion plan through consultations with related ministries and agencies, and then negotiate with prospective buyers or creditors.
