SK Broadband will provide generous prizes to the winners of the ‘VIVA Trot’ competition, including a 2 million KRW gift certificate for the ‘VIVA Trot Award’ (1 team), a 300,000 KRW gift certificate for the ‘Best Trot Award’ (1 team), a 300,000 KRW gift certificate for the ‘Best Performance Award’ (1 team), a 200,000 KRW gift certificate for the ‘Generational Sympathy Award’ (2 teams), and a 50,000 KRW gift certificate for special awards (20 teams).
‘VIVA Trot,’ hosted by B tv, is open to men and women aged 50 and over until the 20th of next month. The final winners will be announced on April 27 after netizen voting and judging panel evaluations. The competition has two categories: ‘Singing,’ where participants perform trot songs directly, and ‘Performance,’ where participants can freely choose the genre and instruments. To participate, contestants can visit the ‘VIVA Trot’ event homepage and upload a video recorded at home or a karaoke room along with a brief self-introduction, or upload via the app after installation.
