Boseong Livestock Cooperative Partners with Boseong County to Combat 'Novel Coronavirus'
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Yongcheol] Boseong Livestock Cooperative, together with Boseong County, has been taking the lead in disinfection activities to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (Wuhan Pneumonia) since early February.
According to officials on the 10th, Boseong Livestock Cooperative is conducting thorough disinfection of 12 towns and townships within the jurisdiction, as well as public offices, stations, bus terminals, and five-day markets, using seven self-owned disinfection vehicles and mobilizing all disinfection personnel.
Bang Bokcheol, chairman of Boseong Livestock Cooperative, said, “To protect the safety of county residents from infectious diseases that threaten the health of the people, we will cooperate with the county and, as a representative institution of the livestock industry, do our best to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus and to disinfect livestock.”
