Vice Minister Jang said, "Since complaints from consumers who could not purchase masks during the sales broadcast are being expressed, I hope the home shopping industry will carefully look into these issues." He added, "Stable transmission of the broadcast is also important, so I ask that special attention be paid to preventing infectious diseases among broadcast production workers by strengthening studio disinfection and adhering to infection prevention guidelines."
