Naju-si, This Year's Regular Individual Official Land Price Assessment
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yukbong] Naju City, Jeollanam-do (Mayor Kang In-gyu) announced on the 10th that it will calculate the regular individual official land prices as of January 1 this year for one month starting from the 13th.
The city plans to calculate the land prices of 261,167 parcels, accounting for 67.1% of the total 389,202 parcels in the city, through a land characteristic survey on various factors such as land use conditions, which are important in forming land prices.
The land price calculation method involves multiplying the price ratio according to the difference in land characteristics between the standard land, decided and announced by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, and the parcels subject to calculation.
The calculated land prices can be viewed from April 14 to May 4 after verification by an appraiser.
