The recruitment targets are social economy organizations related to culture and arts, workplaces operated by non-profit corporations (organizations), and youth under the age of 39 with experience in the cultural field. The support areas include ▲service planning ▲service and cultural space operation management ▲public relations and marketing ▲others, totaling four categories. Applications will be accepted through the Busan City website starting from the 17th. After screening, 14 workplaces and 14 youth will be finally selected and matched to start working from next month. Participating workplaces will receive a fixed amount of labor costs for up to 10 months.
