The actual transaction prices for jeonse deposits of detached houses in January are as follows.
Seoul area shows jeonse deposits for detached houses ranging from a minimum of 870,000 KRW to a maximum of 34,100,000 KRW per 3.3㎡. A detached house in Yeokchon-dong, Eunpyeong-gu (exclusive area 15㎡) was contracted at the lowest deposit of 5 million KRW, while a detached house in Nogosan-dong, Mapo-gu (exclusive area 145.42㎡) was contracted at the highest deposit of 600 million KRW.
Busan area shows jeonse deposits for detached houses ranging from a minimum of 330,000 KRW to a maximum of 15,400,000 KRW per 3.3㎡. A detached house in Choryang-dong, Dong-gu (exclusive area 10.4㎡) was contracted at the lowest deposit of 3 million KRW, while a detached house in Myeongji-dong, Gangseo-gu (exclusive area 127.42㎡) was contracted at the highest deposit of 200 million KRW.
