Veterinarian Park Hyung-joo Receives 'Outstanding Member Award' from Jeonnam Veterinary Association
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] Park Hyung-joo, a veterinarian at the Jeonnam Provincial Animal Hygiene Testing Laboratory, received the ‘Outstanding Member Award’ from the Jeonnam Veterinary Association.
According to Jeonnam Province on the 4th, the Jeonnam Veterinary Association has 22 city and county branches and 6 affiliated organizations under its jurisdiction.
More than 600 veterinarians are active members to improve and develop animal treatment and livestock quarantine work, promote veterinary academic research, and maintain and improve the appropriateness of veterinary duties.
Veterinarian Park has been the head of the Hygiene Team at the Jeonnam Provincial Animal Hygiene Testing Laboratory and has been responsible for slaughter inspection, microbial testing of livestock products, and dairy cow mastitis prevention projects since July last year.
He was recognized for his contribution to improving public health by ensuring hygienic meat distribution and safety through proactive work efforts.
