Busan Main Customs Office Holds 'YES FTA Consulting Project Briefing Session'
On the 5th, at the Main Customs Building, 4th Floor Auditorium
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Yoon Yoseop] On the 5th, Busan Main Customs Office will hold the '2020 YES FTA Consulting Project Briefing Session' at the main building auditorium.
The 'YES FTA Consulting Project' is a program where professional consultants visit companies directly to provide customized consulting on all aspects of FTA utilization, including export customs clearance, issuance of certificates of origin, document management for verification preparation, and designation as certified exporters. This project has been conducted annually since 2011.
This year's consulting project consists of two types: FTA Utilization Support (Type A) and Origin Verification Response (Type B). The priority support targets will include not only first-time exporters but also companies expanding their client base after initial export.
The consulting costs are supported by government budget, with up to 3.5 million KRW for Type A and up to 2 million KRW for Type B, depending on the company size.
Je Yeonggwang, head of Busan Main Customs Office, stated, "We plan to actively support small and medium-sized enterprises struggling with FTA utilization to strengthen their export competitiveness through the consulting project."
