LF Hazzys to Host Author Jominjin's Book Talk at 'Space H'
[Asia Economy Reporter Yujin Cho] Lifestyle culture company LF (CEO Kyusik Oh)'s Hazzys will host a book talk event on the evening of the 14th at 7:30 PM on the first floor of the Myeongdong flagship store ‘Space H’, inviting author Minjin Jo.
This is the 18th book event jointly organized by Hazzys and the publishing company Munhakdongne, featuring a lecture related to Minjin Jo’s new essay, “Monet Liked the Winter in London”.
The lecture will focus on an honest story about how visiting masterpieces by Monet, Renoir, and other great artists at London’s art museums led the author to reflect on her life and emotions. There will also be a time for free conversation with the author on the theme emphasized in the work, “My Taste That Makes Me Happy,” offering readers a special memory.
Minjin Jo began her career as a newspaper reporter and then transformed into a broadcast journalist. Based on her experience studying in London after 14 years in the media industry, she honestly and plainly recorded what she saw, heard, and felt over one year, debuting as a new author by publishing it as a book.
Space H, opened by Hazzys in November 2018, is more than just a store; it is a space where customers can experience the brand’s concept through all five senses. Space H, which expresses Hazzys’ identity, is a symbolic place where visitors can intuitively feel the core values pursued by the brand.
In particular, the first floor features a space created in collaboration with Munhakdongne where visitors can freely enjoy books and coffee in a classic atmosphere. Every month, various book events are held by inviting distinguished authors with unique characteristics.
Meanwhile, pre-registration for author Minjin Jo’s book talk will be held from today until the 11th through Hazzys’ official Instagram (@hazzys_official), and winners will be announced individually on the 12th.
