Hampyeong-gun Conducts Job Competency Enhancement Training for Local Subsidies
Targeting Over 370 Public Officials Below Grade 7
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Yoon Jamin] Hampyeong County, Jeollanam-do (Acting County Governor Na Yunsu) announced on the 30th that it will conduct training to strengthen job competency in local subsidies for about 370 affiliated public officials (grade 7 and below) from the 4th to the 5th of next month.
This training was prepared to enhance transparency and efficiency in the subsidy management system as various local subsidies continue to expand.
The training, conducted over three sessions, will cover overall practical education related to local subsidies, including ▲ procedures for promoting local subsidy projects ▲ selection and execution of local subsidy recipients ▲ budget execution and settlement of local subsidies ▲ sanctions and major precedents in case of legal violations ▲ explanation of the Public Finance Recovery Act and its enforcement decree.
In particular, the training will focus on cases of budget waste frequently pointed out in actual audits, such as poor execution, negligent management, and improper accounting practices.
