LG CNS Launches Cloud-Based 'Korean-Style HR Management Solution'
[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] LG CNS launched the cloud Software as a Service (SaaS)-based human resource management solution 'Next HR' on the 30th.
Next HR is provided as a SaaS-based service, allowing customers to easily use it for all HR tasks such as organization, personnel administration, attendance, payroll, and year-end tax settlement without building separate infrastructure. LG CNS stated that Next HR was developed based on over 20 years of know-how in building and operating HR management systems for major domestic companies, including LG affiliates.
Corporate HR management tasks have the characteristic of needing to quickly respond to various institutional changes and reflect them in the system. The introduction of the 52-hour workweek system, amendments to the Personal Information Protection Act, and active revisions of HR-related laws are ongoing, and tax laws or year-end tax settlement details affecting employees' payroll are also changing every year.
Next HR faithfully reflects these latest domestic regulations. It allows workers to input and manage their own working hours according to the 52-hour workweek system or respond to simple institutional changes by changing only some settings in the system. Especially, by providing the service based on the cloud, it can quickly update institutional changes and flexibly respond to significant regulatory changes.
Also, as a monthly flat-rate SaaS service where a fixed amount is paid according to the number of employees, it enables the introduction and operation of HR systems at 30% lower cost compared to building infrastructure and developing software individually at the initial stage. It also shortens the time required for new system implementation.
Next HR is a 100% cloud-based service and plans to gradually integrate digital IT new technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data, chatbots, and robotic process automation (RPA).
