Gwangju Shinsegae "Have Real Estate Questions? Apply for the Academy"
Real Estate Specialized Courses from March 2 to May 28... Registration Open Until March 8
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Shin Dong-ho] Gwangju Shinsegae Co., Ltd. (Executive Director Lee Dong-hoon) announced on the 29th that it will recruit students for specialized real estate courses for the spring semester of the academy starting in March.
The courses will run from March 2 to May 28, and applications can be made at the academy reception desk or online/mobile (Shinsegae Department Store app) until March 8.
Gwangju Shinsegae has increased the number of real estate-related courses for the upcoming spring semester by more than 20% compared to last year to help customers resolve their questions.
The nature of the courses has also changed. Moving away from previous classes that mainly focused on overall real estate market outlooks, the courses have transformed into specialized lectures featuring experts on topics such as the price ceiling system for pre-sale, case analysis of building purchases, and tax-saving methods.
Since it is difficult to get immediate answers to specific questions from general real estate books and professional academies often have considerable tuition fees, these courses are designed for citizens who are concerned about these issues.
First, on April 7, there will be a session to learn about real estate-related tax systems, housing acquisition, real estate transactions, inheritance, and gift taxes. On April 20, a session will be held to explore alternatives for resolving civil disputes arising unexpectedly in real estate rights and civil law-based bond management.
Additionally, there will be a session analyzing profitability and success cases of income-generating real estate (commercial spaces, offices, commercial buildings, buildings, commercial houses, officetels, one-room apartments, etc.) to forecast the prospects of income-type real estate.
For real estate investment, entrepreneurship related to real estate must also be considered. Various courses have been prepared, including sessions on individual and corporate business entities for starting housing rental businesses, real estate sales businesses, and real estate rental businesses.

Yoo Hyo-jeong, manager at Gwangju Shinsegae, said, “Recently, real estate policies have changed rapidly, making it difficult for consumers to keep up with the pace. We have prepared numerous specialized courses that will be helpful in real life for customers interested in real estate, so they can obtain information comparable to professional academies at reasonable prices.”
