Miryang-si Completes Free Wi-Fi Installation at Tourist Attractions
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kang Woo-kwon] Miryang City, Gyeongsangnam-do (Mayor Park Il-ho) announced on the 29th that it will establish public Wi-Fi at local tourist sites and provide free service starting this year to enhance convenience for tourists and citizens using the tourist attractions.
The city completed the public Wi-Fi installation project at three locations: Miryang Riverbank Outdoor Performance Hall, Miryang Arirang Grand Park, and Woori Ai Maeum Forest Playground through a public contest project hosted by the Korea Tourism Organization.
To use the Wi-Fi service, visitors can connect to the identifiers KOREA FREE WiFi_2.4G or KOREA FREE WiFi_5G at tourist sites where public Wi-Fi is installed, regardless of their mobile carrier or device model.
