Prosecutors Indict Current Prosecutor Without Detention for Sexual Harassment of Fellow Investigator

According to the legal community on the 24th, the Supreme Prosecutors' Office Special Inspection Team indicted Prosecutor A without detention in mid-this month on charges of forcible sexual assault.
The Special Inspection Team of the Supreme Prosecutors' Office has been conducting an investigation since November last year, immediately after sexual harassment allegations against Prosecutor A surfaced. Prosecutor A has been under criminal investigation. When the controversy arose, Prosecutor A submitted his resignation to the Ministry of Justice, but it is known that the acceptance of the resignation was withheld until the inspection and investigation were concluded. He is currently suspended from his position.
