[Kia Motors Concall] "Loss Amount of 40 Billion KRW Due to Last Year's Partial Strike"
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Ji-hee] Kia Motors stated on the 22nd during the 2019 annual business performance conference call that "the loss amount caused by the partial strike in the fourth quarter of last year was around 40 billion KRW," and "the loss scale in terms of (production) volume caused by the additional strike earlier this year was also about 9 billion KRW."
They added, "The renegotiation of the 2019 wage agreement earlier this year maintained the broad framework of '150% + 3 million KRW' with some minor adjustments. This will not significantly affect this year's (operating profit)."
