On the 21st, Sinjeon Museum stated, "Due to issues with the cup Tteokbokki robot system and incomplete construction of various exercise facilities on the third floor, we have been forced to temporarily close. We ask for the understanding of everyone who has been waiting," adding, "We will reopen after reorganization."
Sinjeon Museum is the world's first museum themed around 'Tteokbokki,' created by the Tteokbokki franchise company Sinjeon Foodsys.
Sinjeon Museum, which opened on the 17th, reportedly welcomed visitors without completing internal construction, including the operation of the cup Tteokbokki robot.
At that time, about 900 visitors paid an admission fee of 10,000 won each, but it is reported that many strongly protested due to the chaotic and insufficient conditions.
Sinjeon Museum said, "The reopening schedule has not yet been decided, but during the closure period, we plan to discuss increasing experiential facilities by reflecting on the points raised by visitors."
