Free Admission to National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art During Lunar New Year Holiday
The National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (MMCA) announced on the 20th that it will offer free admission to its four branches in Gwacheon, Seoul, Deoksugung, and Cheongju during the Lunar New Year holiday from the 24th to the 27th. However, the Seoul branch will be closed on the 25th, and the Cheongju branch will be closed on the 25th and 27th. The Gwacheon and Deoksugung branches will remain open throughout the four days without closure. Visitors born in the Year of the Rat can participate in the "Year of the Rat Gather" event, where they will receive invitation tickets to the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art. By presenting their ID at the information desk, the first 100 visitors each day at each branch will be given two integrated invitation tickets valid at all four branches until the end of the year.
