Korea Federation of SMEs Builds 'Smart Factory Matching Platform'
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Daeseop] The Korea Federation of SMEs announced on the 16th that it has established a platform for effective matching between smart factory adopting companies and supplier companies.
This matching platform was built in connection with the Federation of SMEs' website. Various information about supplier companies will be uploaded to the platform and updated regularly.
A supplier company refers to a company that has the capabilities to develop and operate automation equipment, information systems, and solutions necessary for the adopting companies to carry out support projects, and provides such support. Companies building smart factories can set conditions such as industry and field and search for supplier companies through the matching platform.
The matching platform consists of a three-step search process. In the first step, users can easily check the main support areas and key industries of supplier companies through supplier company icons. The second step allows users to view detailed information such as financial data and implementation records of supplier companies. In the third step, users can access promotional materials and videos of supplier companies.
This platform can be accessed through the Federation of SMEs' website and other channels.
The Federation of SMEs has been conducting a win-win smart factory construction support project between large and small-medium enterprises since 2018. The smart factory construction support project enables companies intending to introduce smart factories and supplier companies providing smart solutions and equipment to be matched and participate in the project to receive government support.
It is expected that the establishment of this smart factory matching platform will increase the accessibility of information about supplier companies for adopting companies.
