NongHyup Bank "Free Cash and Valuables Storage for Customers During Seollal Holiday"
[Asia Economy Reporter Kwon Haeyoung] NongHyup Bank announced on the 15th that it will provide a free "Safe Service" to store customers' cash, securities, and valuables during the Lunar New Year holiday to alleviate inconveniences caused by branch closures and to allow customers to visit their hometowns with peace of mind.
The Safe Service will be available nationwide at branches from the 20th to the 29th, and customers can use the service after visiting nearby branches to inquire in advance about the availability of rental safes and the deposit protection procedures.
NongHyup Bank operates rental safes at 194 branches nationwide, and usage fees will be waived during the holiday Safe Service period.
A NongHyup Bank official said, "We hope customers use the Safe Service during the holiday period to visit their hometowns with peace of mind and greater comfort."
