Seoul City Launches 'Youth Inequality Alleviation Multi-Sector Dialogue Organization'
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Hyun-joo] Seoul City announced on the 15th that it will launch the 'Youth Inequality Reduction Multi-Sector Dialogue Organization.'
The organization is scheduled to operate for two years, with the goals of hosting an international conference on inequality in October this year and reaching a social consensus on inequality reduction next year. It will be held at 2 PM on the 19th in the multipurpose hall of the new Seoul City Hall, and any interested citizens may attend.
By the 5th, the city selected a total of 45 subcommittee members, 15 from each subcommittee, and citizen members were drawn by lottery considering gender and age balance.

The co-chairs appointed are Professor Shin Kwang-young of Chung-Ang University, writer Jo Ki-hyun, author of 'I Became My Father's Father,' and high school sophomore student Lee Jung-eun.
