Shinhan Bank, Branch Design Also Focused on 'Customer First'
Developed New Store Design Applied First at Godeok-dong Branch on the 13th
[Asia Economy Reporter Kwon Haeyoung] Shinhan Bank announced on the 14th that it has decided to redesign its branch design to be 'customer-centered' and has first applied it at the Godeok-dong branch in Seoul.
In line with President Jin Okdong's 'customer-centered' management strategy, Shinhan Bank has been developing a new branch design since the second half of last year. Through various customer research, it was confirmed that customers value not only fast and accurate service but also emotional satisfaction such as comfort and trust, and these aspects were actively reflected in the new 'branch design standard.'
The main features of the newly applied Shinhan Bank branch design standard include ▲creating a comfortable branch atmosphere through changes in interior colors and the introduction of single chairs ▲enhancing customer privacy by changing the height and shape of the counter partitions ▲adjusting the position of the queue display screen to the customer's eye level ▲reflecting digital trends such as large electronic display boards and digital posters for information delivery.
The branch design standard, introduced for the first time this time, will be commonly applied to Shinhan Bank branches undergoing new openings, relocations, or remodeling with new interior construction in the future.
