According to the AP News on the 12th, in the northeastern area of Baltimore, three women were found with gunshot wounds inside a car around 2:30 a.m. on the 11th. Among them, a 28-year-old victim was transported to the hospital but died.
In the southeastern area, a 46-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the leg was found by police. Another 40-year-old man, also a victim of the same shooting incident, suffered a gunshot wound to the leg and sought hospital treatment.
Around 2:30 p.m., police found a man with fatal gunshot wounds in southeastern Baltimore. Less than 30 minutes later, a shooting occurred in the central Baltimore area, injuring a 37-year-old man.
The shootings continued into the evening. Around 7 p.m., a 38-year-old man was found with gunshot wounds in the northeast. About an hour later, in the southwest, another shooting incident left one person injured and one dead.
A few minutes later, a 37-year-old man was rescued with serious injuries in the northeast. Finally, around 11 p.m., a 24-year-old man was found with gunshot wounds in northwestern Baltimore.
Baltimore, which recorded 348 homicides last year alone, has seen more than 300 homicides annually for five consecutive years.
