Discussion of Key Projects and Sharing of Best Practices at Saeil Center on the 13th
[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunju Lee] The Ministry of Gender Equality and Family announced on the 12th that it will hold a briefing session on the main projects of this year's Women New Work Centers at the Seoul Women's Plaza in Dongjak-gu, Seoul on the 13th.
The event is an opportunity for employment and start-up counselors at the New Work Centers and local government officials to discuss the direction of project implementation and share best practices.
Currently, there are 158 New Work Centers nationwide, providing customized employment counseling and information, vocational training, job placement, and follow-up management for women with career interruptions. This year, in addition to employment, the centers will expand the number of start-up counselors to support women's active participation in the start-up sector by linking start-up funds and start-up spaces.
