[Bitcoin Now] Domestic and International Bitcoin Turn to Decline... Maintaining 9 Million KRW and 8,000 USD Levels
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Bitcoin, the number one cryptocurrency by market capitalization, is showing a downward trend as it turns lower in both domestic and international markets. However, it is maintaining the 9 million KRW and 8,000 USD levels.
According to the cryptocurrency exchange Bithumb on the 9th, as of 7:39 AM, Bitcoin was priced at 9,101,000 KRW, down 4.50% (429,000 KRW) compared to 24 hours earlier. A total of 111.8 billion KRW worth of Bitcoin was traded during the day.
Most other cryptocurrencies are also recording declines. Litecoin (-4.46%) is down nearly 5%, while Stellar Lumens (-3.68%), Ripple (-3.57%), Tron (-3.35%), EOS (-3.37%), and Ethereum (-2.94%) are also falling.
At the same time, on Upbit, Bitcoin is trading at 9,101,000 KRW, down 3.06% (288,000 KRW) from the previous day.
Most cryptocurrencies on Upbit are also declining. Quantum (-4.80%), Ethereum (-4.52%), Bitcoin SV (-4.70%), Ripple (-4.49%), and ADA (-4.29%) are among the top decliners.
In overseas markets, the decline is relatively smaller but still present. According to the cryptocurrency market data provider CoinMarketCap, at the same time, Bitcoin was down 0.43% from 24 hours earlier, priced at 8,047.13 USD.
Other cryptocurrencies are also falling. Stellar Lumens (-3.08%), Ethereum (-2.85%), Binance Coin (-2.82%), Ripple (-2.52%), and EOS (-2.25%) are all down.
