BNK Financial Group Changes Largest Shareholder to National Pension Service
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] BNK Financial Group announced on the 8th that its largest shareholder has changed from the previous Busan Lotte Hotel and 7 other companies to the National Pension Service.
The previous largest shareholder's stake was 11.14%, and the stake of the new largest shareholder, the National Pension Service, is 11.56%.
The company explained, "The change in the largest shareholder is due to the National Pension Service's additional acquisition of BNK Financial Group shares."

Earlier, the National Pension Service disclosed that it purchased BNK Financial Group shares on the market, increasing its stake to 11.56% as of the end of Q4 last year, up 0.86 percentage points from 10.70% at the end of Q3 last year.
