[Bitcoin Now] Domestic and International Bitcoin Rally... Challenging the 10 Million Won Level Recovery
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Bitcoin, the number one cryptocurrency by market capitalization, is showing strength in the domestic market, recovering to the 10 million KRW level. It has also regained the $8,000 level in overseas markets.
According to the cryptocurrency exchange Bithumb on the 8th, as of 2:47 PM, Bitcoin was priced at 9,609,000 KRW, up 6.49% (586,000 KRW) compared to 24 hours earlier. A total of 87 billion KRW worth of Bitcoin was traded during the day.
Most other cryptocurrencies are also showing gains. Chainlink is rising nearly 10% (8.07%), while Litecoin (6.56%), Bitcoin Cash (4.54%), EOS (4.44%), and Bitcoin SV (2.65%) are also increasing.
At the same time, on Upbit, Bitcoin is trading at 9,612,000 KRW, up 2.28% (214,000 KRW) from the previous day.
Most cryptocurrencies on Upbit are also rising. Litecoin (3.37%), EOS (1.83%), Bitcoin Cash (1.78%), and Ethereum (1.03%) are up. On the other hand, DMarket (-2.05%) and Quantum (-1.01%) are declining.
Overseas markets are also showing strength. According to cryptocurrency market data provider CoinMarketCap, at the same time, Bitcoin was $8,329.71, up 5.66% compared to 24 hours earlier.
Other cryptocurrencies show mixed movements. Litecoin (5.77%) is strong, along with EOS (2.38%), Binance Coin (1.33%), and Ethereum (1.14%). Meanwhile, Ripple (-1.04%) and Bitcoin SV (-0.75%) are down.
