The city announced on the 8th that it will form two teams consisting of 11 honorary subcontracting ombudsmen (lawyers, labor attorneys, engineers, etc.) and 5 staff members to visit 14 sites selected as vulnerable to delayed payments in construction work starting from the 13th.
The special inspection team will focus on checking the execution and fulfillment status of various construction-related payments, the appropriateness of labor contracts, and construction equipment lease agreements.
Additionally, from the 13th to the 23rd, the city will operate an 'Intensive Reporting Period for Subcontract Payment Delays.' During this period, urgent inspection teams will be formed to conduct special inspections at sites where multiple or repeated complaints are filed.
