The Daegu-Gyeongbuk Machinery Cooperative announced on the 7th that 11 companies from Daegu exported machinery and automobile parts worth 13.09 million USD (approximately 15.2 billion KRW) to 10 companies in 7 countries last year.
This is 109% of the target amount of 12 million USD.
The Machinery Cooperative has been conducting a project to strengthen the export capabilities of the machinery industry in cooperation with Daegu City since 2016 to support exports of Daegu-based companies.
They have carried out strategic marketing such as export consultation meetings and overseas exhibitions, divided into automobile sectors including automobile parts, automobile equipment, precision tools, and non-automobile sectors such as agricultural machinery and textile machinery.
