Natural F&P Signs Agreement for Exchange and Cooperation with Woosuk University
[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunseok Yoo] Natural F&P, a subsidiary of NextBT, a KOSDAQ-listed company NextBT, announced on the 7th that it held an industry-academic cooperation agreement ceremony with Woosuk University. The ceremony was attended by Lee Hyun-jik, CEO of Natural F&P, Seo Ji-eun, Acting President of Woosuk University, and Ko Hyun-myung, Head of the Department of Life Sciences at Woosuk University.
Through this agreement, the two parties plan to cooperate on ▲ mutual exchange of human and material resources, ▲ consultation on educational curricula and practical exchanges, ▲ support for student employment, and ▲ joint participation in various planning and projects. Both institutions will also conduct joint research and development of materials and technology exchange, expanding the scope of their collaboration.
A representative of Natural F&P stated, “As part of the cooperation, we will provide on-site experience opportunities for graduates to undergo internships for a certain period,” adding, “Scholarships will be awarded to interns under the name ‘Natural F&P Woosuk Love.’”
In April of last year, Natural F&P’s Ochang factory facilities were completely destroyed by fire. Since the accident, production has been normalized through factory acquisition and expansion of new facilities, establishing an optimized production environment.

A company representative emphasized, “This agreement will be an opportunity for the company to grow once again based on the normalization of production,” and added, “We will strive to discover talents and technologies that can contribute to the domestic health functional food industry together with Woosuk University, which has excellent educational capabilities.”
