A time for free conversation with the author about the importance of everyday life emphasized in the work will also be provided, offering readers a special memory.
Poet Kim Yongtaek began his literary career in 1982 with the poem "Seomjingang1," building a unique literary world by depicting rural life and farmers with restrained language.
He has published various works such as poetry collections "Seomjingang," "Clear Day," and the essay collection "Kim Yongtaek's Seomjingang Story," receiving awards including the Kim Su-young Literary Award, Sowol Poetry Award, and Yun Dong-ju Literary Grand Prize, and is regarded as an outstanding poet connecting Korean literature's Kim Sowol and Baek Seok.
In November 2018, Hazzys opened Space H, a space that goes beyond the simple concept of a store to allow experiencing the brand's concept through the five senses. Space H, meaning to express Hazzys' identity, is a symbolic place where the core values pursued by the brand can be intuitively felt.
In particular, on the first floor of Space H, a space where customers can freely enjoy books and coffee in a classic atmosphere was created in collaboration with Munhakdongne, and every month, distinguished authors with unique characteristics are invited to hold diverse book events, receiving enthusiastic responses from customers.
Pre-registration for poet Kim Yongtaek's book talk will be conducted on the 6th through Hazzys' official Instagram (@hazzys_official), and winners will be announced individually on the 7th.
