Korail "Seol Train Tickets Booking Starts on 7th-8th... Up to 12 Tickets Per Person"
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Jiwon] Korea Railroad (KORAIL) announced on the 5th that tickets for the Lunar New Year holiday can be reserved over two days, on the 7th and 8th.
The reservation targets are train tickets for the five days from the day before the Lunar New Year holiday, the 23rd, to the last day of the holiday, the 27th.
From 7 a.m. on the 7th, tickets for the Gyeongbu, Gyeongjeon, Donghae, Daegu, Chungbuk, and Gyeongbuk lines can be reserved through the internet homepage (PC and mobile), and from 7 a.m. on the 8th, tickets for the Honam, Jeolla, Gangneung, Janghang, Jungang, Taebaek, Yeongdong, and Gyeongchun lines can be reserved.
Payment must be made between 3 p.m. on the 8th and midnight on the 12th, and if not paid, the reservation will be automatically canceled. Remaining seats will be sold starting from 3 p.m. on the 8th.
During the Lunar New Year holiday period, up to 12 tickets per person can be reserved combining both the 'KTX Lunar New Year Special' products and regular reservation tickets, and duplicate purchases are restricted.
