Chairman Hwang said, "First, I hope everyone will have love and passion for their work. If each person approaches their duties with enthusiasm, a sense of mission, and professionalism in their respective positions, we will realize the great achievements of an industrial promotion institution."

Chairman Hwang said, "When establishing external policies and carrying out tasks, always listen to the voices from the industrial sites and think first from the perspective of tenant companies and customers such as civil petitioners," adding, "Internally, please work together to eliminate various barriers such as departments and generations, activate mutual respect and free, creative communication, and create a flexible and dynamic organizational culture."
He also said, "Labor and management, along with executives and employees, must join forces to provide fair opportunities and create organizational systems and institutions where capabilities can be fully demonstrated. We must also do our best to establish our own organizational culture where work-life balance and quality of life improvements are felt."
He urged efforts toward improving the industrial complex environment and disaster safety management. Chairman Hwang said, "We must steadily promote industrial complex environment improvement projects such as the environment improvement fund, remodeling of closed or suspended factories, creation of beautiful streets, and construction of complex cultural centers, consistently advancing the transition to youth-friendly industrial complexes."
