Administrative Mutual Aid Association Establishes New Management Strategy... Aiming to Achieve 15 Trillion Won in Assets
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Ji-hwan] The Administrative Mutual Aid Association has set a goal to achieve assets of 15 trillion won this year through the establishment of a new management strategy.
The Korea Local Administrative Mutual Aid Association held its 2020 opening ceremony on the 2nd at the War Memorial Museum Hall in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, with about 100 executives and employees in attendance.
On this day, Chairman Han Kyung-ho emphasized, "Last year, we built a new milestone by achieving a 100% reserve ratio for the first time in the history of the Mutual Aid Association," adding, "The long-standing efforts of the employees present here today, as well as those of our senior executives, gradually accumulated to achieve this long-cherished goal."
He also stated, "This year marks the 45th anniversary of the Association's founding, so it is time to prepare a new future to become a 100-year company beyond half a century," and urged, "By establishing a new management strategy, we must set a new asset management strategy to respond to the changing business environment and uncertainties, aiming to achieve assets of 15 trillion won, 300,000 members, five consecutive years of net profit, and the reserve ratio this year."

The opening ceremony proceeded with a segment where employees born in the Year of the Rat shared their New Year's wishes, followed by the Planning and Coordination Office Director's report on the 2020 business strategy.
