have spread into everyday wear.
Now, this trend is returning to "exercise,"
evolving into a phenomenon where fashion is changing personal tastes and lifestyles.

Experts analyze this trend as the "fashionization of exercise."
In addition to benefits like posture correction, improved flexibility, and weight loss,
the desire to wear stylish workout clothes is also fueling consumption.
A KakaoStyle representative said, "Exercising in attire that matches your taste
has itself become a lifestyle for Millennials & Gen Z."
Exercise is now becoming not just about 'shaping the body' but about
'expressing oneself'.
As exercise expands into the realms of consumption and culture,
it is driving changes across the fashion and content industries.
