The program goes beyond simple exercise, focusing on improving muscle strength and enhancing balance, with the goal of preventing falls—a major health threat to the elderly—and increasing their ability to live independently in their daily lives.
This program is characterized by the application of scientific and standardized exercise guidelines. By utilizing the "Elderly Exercise Completion" (Eo-Un-Wan) manual from the Korea Health Promotion Institute, the program provides step-by-step exercise prescriptions tailored to each individual's physical fitness level, thereby maximizing exercise effectiveness and minimizing the risk of injury.
In addition, professional health management is provided in parallel through the use of newly introduced high-performance body composition analysis equipment at the health center. Participating seniors can objectively check their physical condition using precise analysis data such as edema levels, cell health scores, and sarcopenia indicators. Based on these results, they receive customized health consultation services.
