The ceremony was attended by Jung Jinbok, Head of Customer Service at LX Hausys, and Lee Jinhui, Head of the Convergence Talent Headquarters at the Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation.
This agreement aims to cultivate practical skilled workers that meet the needs of construction sites and to connect graduates of the program with after-sales (A/S) partner companies of construction firms for employment opportunities.
LX Hausys and the Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation plan to jointly operate a flooring installation training course this year for a total of 30 participants (two sessions of 15 people each).
LX Hausys will utilize the infrastructure of the LX Ziin Interior Academy, a professional training facility for construction personnel, to provide a flooring installation practice classroom, expert instructors, as well as construction tools and materials. LX Hausys' professional instructors will participate directly in the training to share their installation expertise.
The Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation will oversee the overall operation of the training course, including recruiting and managing trainees, and providing financial support for the education, thereby ensuring a stable learning environment.
Graduates will have the opportunity to join after-sales partner companies of construction firms nationwide through a separate recruitment process. Job seekers will be able to acquire specialized skills and secure stable employment, while partner companies can secure verified talent.
