Samsung Electronics Launches New 'Spatial Signage' Glasses-Free 3D Display
From 85-inch to 32-inch: Expanded Lineup
9:16 Aspect Ratio Enables 360-Degree Rotation
Slim 49.4mm Profile for Easy Installation
Samsung Electronics is launching a new 32-inch 'Spatial Signage' glasses-free 3D display.
Samsung Spatial Signage is a next-generation innovative display that incorporates Samsung’s proprietary '3D Plate' technology, delivering a sense of depth as if there is another space inside the screen—without the need for dedicated 3D glasses. On April 28, Samsung Electronics announced it has expanded its lineup by introducing the new 32-inch model, in addition to the previously released 85-inch product launched earlier this year, aiming to increase attention on small-sized products on display.
Whereas the existing 85-inch model offers an immersive experience akin to viewing a runway at a glance—featuring a screen about 190cm tall in 4K UHD (2160x3840) resolution—the new 32-inch product features FHD (1080x1920) resolution and a 9:16 aspect ratio, enabling 360-degree rotating videos of display items such as shoes and jewelry, showing their front, side, and back views.
Despite its slim 49.4mm profile, this product provides a sense of depth as if there is another space behind the screen, offering a vivid experience comparable to viewing the actual object even without a physical display. With a weight of only 8.5kg—lighter than traditional hologram box-type 3D displays—it is highly convenient to install and can be easily placed in a variety of commercial spaces, including narrow areas and on-store shelves.

Samsung Electronics plans to continue expanding the 'Spatial Signage' lineup with additional sizes beyond 85-inch and 32-inch models. Spatial Signage has been recognized for its technological innovation, winning major IT industry awards such as the CES 2026 Innovation Award in the 'Enterprise Technology' category and a Silver Edison Award.
Samsung Visual eXperience Transformation (VXT), a dedicated solution for commercial displays, supports a variety of features such as remote device management, real-time monitoring, and easy content creation and operation. Samsung VXT, which enhances the user convenience and operational efficiency of Samsung signage products including Spatial Signage, now comes with a host of new features.
With Samsung VXT, customers can conveniently manage various types of screens installed in stores worldwide remotely. They can also easily create and distribute promotional content for stores using VXT’s built-in content creation function or a separate app.
The newly added 'AI Studio' app enables users to create video content for signage with just a single photo on Samsung VXT. Notably, by selecting the 'optimization for Spatial Signage' option in the AI Studio app, users can generate content with a sense of depth, and the created videos can be upscaled to 4K resolution.
Remote management and content operation functions of Samsung VXT have also been significantly enhanced. A new scheduling function allows users to pre-set screen brightness, volume, and power, and automatically manage them remotely according to the desired time schedule.
When distributing content, a 'Smart Download' feature has been added: once one screen among multiple connected screens completes downloading, other screens on the same network can share the content. Additionally, the newly updated 'Event' feature allows users to automatically broadcast pre-set content based on the weather. For example, an air purifier advertisement can be set to play on days with heavy fine dust, or a rain-related promotion can be played on rainy days.
