Jeon Seongsu, the People Power Party candidate for Seocho District Mayor, announced that he officially kicked off his election campaign on the morning of the 21st with a rally at Yangjae Station. The kick-off rally was attended by Assemblywoman Cho Eunhee, Assemblyman Shin Dongwook, as well as city and district council candidates.

Candidate Jeon declared the start of the campaign, saying, "Let Seocho, the heart and stronghold of conservatism, achieve an overwhelming victory and lead Mayor Oh Sehoon's win in Seoul." Starting with this kick-off rally, candidate Jeon and the city and district council candidates will conduct full-scale campaigning for 13 days until June 2.
