Samsung C&T's 'Homenic' Platform Expands Services to Include Future Residents
First Implementation at Banpo Raemian Trini One in Seoul
On May 19, Samsung C&T Engineering & Construction Group announced that it has expanded the service scope of its home platform 'Homenic' by adding new services for future residents, now covering the pre-move-in stage.
The newly introduced services include 'Home Style', a collaboration with interior design specialist Hanssem, and a move-in management service in partnership with the move-in service platform 'Helloipju'.
'Home Style' allows future residents to view 3D videos of interior concepts for each apartment size directly within the Homenic application, and then seamlessly book showroom consultations and make purchases at designated Hanssem stores. This service will be applied first to the Banpo Raemian Trini One complex, which is scheduled for move-in this August. Residents who finalize contracts after consultations at either of the two designated stores—Hanssem Flagship Nonhyeon and Hanssem I'Park Mall Yongsan—will receive up to an 8% discount.
The partnership with Helloipju enables users to compare and apply for essential move-in services such as move-in cleaning and partial construction directly through the Homenic app. Helloipju is a move-in specialist platform with a cumulative 13 million construction cases. Even after moving in, residents can continue to use home care services through Homenic.
Last month, Samsung C&T partnered with the artificial intelligence (AI) tax solution company 'Taxeye' to provide features such as acquisition and property tax simulation, capital gains and inheritance tax calculation, and tax-saving consulting on Homenic. The company plans to gradually expand the platform's scope to include wealth management (WM) services from financial institutions in the future.
