Gyeonggi Province to Hold "Comprehensive Fair Trade Education" for SMEs and Mid-sized Companies
Gyeonggi Province will conduct a "Comprehensive Fair Trade Education" program for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as mid-sized companies.
On May 19, Gyeonggi Province announced that it will hold the "2026 Gyeonggi Province Comprehensive Fair Trade Education" every Friday from June 12 to July 10, aiming to strengthen the practical fair trade capabilities of SMEs and mid-sized companies.
This program is designed to help fair trade officers within companies systematically understand relevant laws and enhance their practical skills to effectively respond to the various legal disputes that may arise in the field.
The curriculum will cover a wide range of key statutes and real-world cases closely related to corporate activities, including the Fair Trade Act, the Large-scale Distribution Business Act, the Franchise Business Act, and the Subcontracting Act. In particular, the subcontracting section is divided into basic and advanced courses to enable level-differentiated learning.
