Gyeonggi Province to Tour 31 Cities and Counties with "Mobile Dokdo Digital Experience Center" Starting May 22
Gyeonggi Province will operate the "Mobile Youth Dokdo Digital Experience Center," touring all 31 cities and counties in the province starting on May 22.
The Experience Center was established to help young people vividly understand the history and natural environment of Dokdo through digital technology, and to enhance their correct awareness of Korea’s territorial sovereignty.
The Experience Center will begin its tour at the Jeong Yak-yong Library in Namyangju and will be operated in rotation at 32 institutions, including the Uijeongbu Youth Training Center, Suwon Youth Culture Center, and the Gyeonggi Provincial Council, covering all 31 cities and counties until November 28.
The main programs include the Dokdo 4D Digital Twin Rollercoaster, Dokdo 360° Touch VR, Dokdo Digital Fish Encyclopedia, Dokdo Digital Book, and Dokdo Mini-games.

View original imageParticipants can experience Dokdo’s topography, ecology, and historical information in a multi-dimensional way through a virtual rollercoaster, 4K video content, and interactive touch-based programs. The center is open to all Gyeonggi residents, including youth, and anyone can participate freely.
